Marton began shooting black-and-white photographs at the age of thirteen. He holds an MA in Cinematography from the University of Theatre and Film Arts in Budapest, and his directorial debut was honored by the Hungarian Film Critics’ Award for Best Documentary in 2023.
Films he has photographed have been screened and awarded at renowned international festivals such as Cannes, CPH:DOX, Tribeca, FIPADOC, Sarajevo Film Festival, among others.
